Reporter Barry Siegel who worked with the Los Angeles Times.
I choose this reporter for his style of writing. In his writing you can see the passion and emotion. You almost feel as you are there when he is describing the events that happened to Paul Wayment and his story. His writing is very descriptive and clear so you feel as though you completely understand what he is writing.

The Freedoms I Use Everyday
We have many rights in America, some that we are blessed to have. Some freedoms we use everyday with ease and barley even think that we do. We have the right to believe what we want without any problems. The rights that we use on a daily basis is the first amendment. What that does is basically give us the right to our own opinion without anyone saying so that we can't. It also gives us the right to protest to the government with petition.
I strongly believe that I use the first amendment everyday of my life. I love to give my own opinion on certain subjects in the world. I am also religious as well so I am happy that I can believe what I believe without any problems happening. I love that I could petition against the government if there was something that I did not like or approve of. Basically I love having the freedom to believe what I want to believe.
Protection makes me feel safe. I do not use the fifth amendment everyday but it reasonable to have that amendment. So if ever I was suspected for breaking a law, I could defend my self and defend why I did or did not break a law. It is just reassuring knowing that I will be protected. So overall I am really thankful for that freedom.
When we think about our lives and just how lucky we are for living in America it is just mind blowing. We are lucky to be in a nation were the government protects us. I mean you hear of all the news happening in Tripoli or in the Middle East and just how unfair the government is to its people. I would say that I use the first amendment the most in my everyday life just because the other four amendment just do not apply in my life but, I am still thankful for all of them.
